Tenders Are Invited For Successive Fuel Deliveries - Cashless Refueling Of Vehicles At The Contractors Gas Station In 2026. (3 Parts)

Part I (Task No. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Fuels In 2026 To Motor Vehicles And Combustion Devices Owned By The Shared Services Center In Zawiercie, Carried Out By Cashless Refueling Of These Vehicles And Devices At The Contractors Fuel Station Located In The City Of Zawiercie, In The Scope Of The Following Fuels: A/ Unleaded Gasoline (Ethyl), In Short E95 - In The Amount Of 2,000 Liters, B/ Diesel Oil, In Short On - In The Amount Of 22,000 Liters. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented In The Form Of Non-Cash Refueling Of Vehicles And For Filling The Tanks Of Combustion Equipment - Refueling Canisters, In Quantities And Dates Resulting From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Refueling Using Electronic Cards On The Terms Used By The Contractor, Provided That The Issuance And Use Of Such Cards Does Not Conflict With The Terms Of The Order Specified In The Tor And The Content Future Contract. Any Agreement Between The Parties Regarding The Issuance And Use Of Electronic Cards Will Be Valid Together With The Currently Applicable Contract. The Fuels That Are The Subject Of The Order Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Currently Applicable Technical And Quality Standards, In Particular Those Specified In The Polish Standards Transposing European Harmonized Standards (Pn-En 228 For E95 And Pn-En 590 For Diesel Fuel), Taking Into Account The Requirements For The Above-Mentioned Fuels For The Summer, Transitional And Winter Seasons And Specified In Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels. In The Event Of Temperature Drops, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Appropriate Type Of Diesel Oil Depending On The Current Ambient Temperature, Ensuring Compliance With The Appropriate Low-Temperature Properties, In Particular The Appropriate Cold Filter Blocking Temperature (Cfpp) Marked In Accordance With The Pn-En 116 Standard. To Confirm The Above, The Ordering Party May Request From The Contractor At Any Stage Of The Order Execution Presenting A Current Certificate Or Certificate Of The Quality Of The Fuels Sold. During The Entire Duration Of The Contract, The Contractors Fuel Station Should Comply With The Current Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Liquid Fuel Bases And Stations, Long-Distance Transmission Pipelines For The Transport Of Crude Oil And Petroleum Products And Their Location, And Have At Least 2 (Two) Active, Legalized Dispensers, Including At Least 1 (One) For Refueling Diesel And At Least 1 (One) For Refueling With E95. The Contractor Is Obliged To Enable Cashless Refueling Of The Ordering Partys Vehicles At Least: From 6:00 A.M. To 8:00 P.M. On Working Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday. The Remaining Requirements For The Contractor As Well As The Method And Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subjec
