Work Detail

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Legal Services To The Shared Services Center Of The City Of Tychy, Based In Tychy At Ul. Barona 30 And Units Operated By Cuw Tychy. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1B To The Swz. The Public Procurement Procedure Is Conducted In A Basic Mode Without Negotiations, Pursuant To Art. 275 Point 1, In Connection With Art. 359 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than January 1, 2026 And No Longer Than December 31, 2026. If The Documentation Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Equivalent To Those Described. If References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. The Contractor Shall Demonstrate Equivalence By Any (Reliable) Means. Failure To Demonstrate Equivalence Results In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order. Changes To The Contract Referred To In § 14 Result In A Change In Remuneration Only In The Scope Of Payments Made After The Date Of Concluding The Annex To The Contract.8. In The Event Of A Change In The Person Indicated In The Team Or A Change In The Team Coordinator During The Execution Of The Contract, It Is Required That The Next Person Indicated By The Contractor Has Qualifications No Worse Than The Person Previously Indicated In The Offer, And The Change Of The Person In The Team Or Change Of Coordinator Would Not Affect The Evaluation Of The Contractors Offer.9. Pursuant To Art. 436 Section 4 Letter B) The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended), The Parties Provide For The Possibility Of Changing The Amount Of Remuneration Due To The Contractor In The Event Of A Change: 1) The Tax Rate On Goods And Services - By The Difference In The Vat Rate; 2) The Amount Of The Minimum Remuneration For Work Or The Amount Of The Minimum Hourly Rate, Determined On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Act Of October 10, 2002 On The Minimum Remuneration For Work - The Difference Between The Current Amount Of The Minimum Remuneration Or Rate And The New Amount Of Remuneration Or R
