Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Tools For The Agrarsense Project For The Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And Computer Science Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Tools For The Agrarsense Project For The Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And Computer Science Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology. The Order Is Being Implemented In Accordance With The Project Design Entitled: Smart, Digitalized Components And Systems For Data-Based Agriculture And Forestry Acronym Agrarsense; Agreement Number With Ncbr: Kdt/2021/7/Agrarsense/2023 And Ec Agreement Number: 101095835(Agrarsense).2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Delivery To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party: Gdańsk University Of Technology, Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And Computer Science, Ul. Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk, Building 41, Room 1163. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Complete And Of A High Standard Both In Terms Of Workmanship And Functionality, Free From Material And Construction Defects, Without Previous Use And Cannot Be The Subject Of Third Party Rights4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Define The Offered Products, Characterizing Them By Indicating, Among Others: Manufacturer, Type, Model And Other Data Clearly Identifying The Offered Subject Of The Contract In The Material And Price Form, Prepared According To The Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Material And Price Form Constitutes The Content Of The Offer And Cannot Be Supplemented.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Offered Subject Of The Order For At Least 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Without Any Comments6. The Ordering Party Sets A Deadline For The Execution Of The Order: A Maximum Of 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
