It Is Assumed That The Scope Of The Order Will Be 1,900 Tons Of Aggregate.3. The Delivered Aggregate Must Be Free From Defects, Meet The Parameters And Technical And Operational Requirements Specified In The Swz, Have A Declaration Of Performance Issued By The Manufacturer Confirming The Compliance Of The Aggregate With Applicable Standards And Physical And Chemical Properties, Meet Applicable Standards And Have An Appropriate Certificate, And Do Not Contain Elements Harmful To The Environment (E.G. Asbestos, Ashes, Etc.) Or Dangerous For Road Users (Metal, Wire, Etc.).4. The Contractor Should Have The Means And Technical Capabilities Necessary To Perform The Order.5. The Order Will Be Fulfilled With At Least 6 Cars With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 20 Mg, With The Ability To Unload Aggregate Backwards Or Sideways, And With The Function Of Controlling The Lifting And Lowering Of The Unloading Box From One Station.6. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Inspect Each Of The Delivered Batches Of Aggregate Before Its Receipt To Check Whether The Actual Weight Of The Delivered Aggregate Is Consistent With The Weight Indicated In The Delivered Wz Document And The Weight Printout From The Mine. If The Declared Weight Is Found To Be Inconsistent With The Check Weighing, The Contractor Will Bear The Costs Of Such Weighing. The Ordering Party May Deduct These Costs From The Contractors Remuneration.7. The Contractor Will Deliver The Aggregate Using Its Own Transport In Batches To The Delivery Place Indicated By The Ordering Party At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, At Ul. Płocka In Zelów, Plot No. 222/77, District 0004, Zelów. 8. As Part Of The Delivery Of The Ordered Aggregate, The Contractor Is Obliged To Load, Transport And Unload It At The Delivery Site And Store The Aggregate In One Pile While Maintaining The Natural Material Pile.9. The Wz Document Together With The Weight Printout Approved By An Authorized Employee Of The Municipal Office In Zelów Will Be The Basis For The Contractor To Issue An Invoice Covering The Amount Due For The Delivered And Collected Batch Of Aggregate.10. In Case Of Doubts As To The Quality Of The Delivered Batch Of Aggregate (Compliance With The Requirements Of The Standard), The Ordering Party Has The Right, Before Its Acceptance, To Commission An Independent Research Center To Conduct Quality Tests Of Any Selected Samples Of The Delivered Aggregate In Order To Verify Their Compliance With The Parameters Specified In The Contract. 11. If The Results Of Quality Tests Of The Delivered Aggregate Confirm Its Non-Compliance With The Conditions Specified In The Swz Or In The Contract, The Ordering Party May Refuse To Accept The Entire Batch Of Aggregate, And The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Replace The Defective Batch Of Aggregate With A
