Basic Training In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense For Staff At The Nadarzyn Commune Office Serving Civil Protection Bodies And In Other Organizational Units Of The Commune And Bodies Of Auxiliary Units Of The Commune - Annex No. 5 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration Of February 6, 2025 On Training Programs In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense And Requirements For Entities Conducting Training (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 162).3. Training Should Consist Of 40% Theoretical Classes And 60% Practical Classes, Using Modern Trainers, Simulators And Rescue Equipment.4. Lecturers Should Meet Substantive Criteria, Including: Have At Least A Masters Degree In Fire Engineering And Have At Least 5 Years Of Work Experience Or Service In Fire Protection And Public Administration Units And Have Teaching Experience.5. Required To Have A Positive Verification Of The Fire Academy In Terms Of Meeting The Requirements For Entities Conducting Training In Ol And Third Party Liability Insurance Referred To In The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Civil Protection And Civil Defense And In The Regulation Of The Ministry Of Interior And Administration.6. Training Materials And Certificates Of Completion Must Be Provided.7. In Addition, The Equipment And Protective Clothing Necessary To Complete The Practical Part Of The Training Should Be Provided.8. Training Should Be Divided Into Thematic Groups.9. 2-Day Training, Including 18 Teaching Units Of 45 Minutes Each. Estimated Number Of Participants – 249 People.
