The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For Branch No. 8 Of The Provincial And Municipal Public Library In Rzeszów As Part Of The Task Library In My Housing Estate - Renovation And Additional Equipment For Library Branch No. 8 Of The Provincial And Municipal Public Library In Rzeszów Located At Ul. Okulickiego 3 In The W. Andersa Housing Estate. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Equipment Is Provided In Annex No. 1 And Annex No. 1A To Swz.3. All Costs Related To The Delivery And Assembly Of The Subject Of The Order Are Covered By The Contractor As Part Of The Price Of The Submitted Offer. 4. The Offer Of A Contractor Who Offers The Ordering Party A Warranty Period For Equipment Shorter Than 24 Months Will Be Rejected. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Submitting The Evidence In Question With The Offer.6. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Swz Or Its Annexes, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials.7. Whenever Specific Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Systems Are Indicated In This Tor Or The Annexes, It Should Be Understood That The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 8. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Swz Or Annexes Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials And Devices He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Burden Of Proving That A Given Material (Product) Is Equivalent To The Requirement Specified By The Ordering Party Rests With The Person Submitting The Offer. In Such A Case, The Contractor Must Submit Appropriate Documents Describing Technical Parameters, Certificates Required By Law And Other Documents Authorizing The Given Materials (Products) For Use And Making It Possible To Clearly Determine That They Are Equivalent.
