The Provision Of Postal Services, Including Courier Services, In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Field Of Receiving, Moving, Delivering Postal Items And Their Returns To The Ordering Party After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Delivering Them Or Handing Them Over To The Recipient, Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2022, Item 896, As Amended). The Services That Are The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 896, As Amended) And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis. In The Case Of Domestic Postal Services, The Service Covers The Entire Country. In Particular, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Provides For The Delivery Of Parcels In Accordance With The Procedures Resulting From The Code Of Administrative Procedure. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Estimated Number Of Shipments, Is Included In Annexes No. 4 And 5 To This Procedure. The Forecasted Number Of Planned Shipments During The Duration Of The Contract Is An Estimated Value Based On The Current Number Of Shipments Sent In The Last 12 Months. The Minimum Value Of The Service That The Ordering Party Undertakes To Provide Is 60% Of The Gross Order Value. If A Smaller Order Quantity Is Completed, The Ordering Party, At The Contractors Written Request, Will Be Obliged To Pay The Contractor The Difference Between The Actual Amount Resulting From The Invoices Issued And Paid To The Contractor By The Ordering Party During The Entire Duration Of The Contract And The Amount Constituting 60% Of The Gross Remuneration.
