The Subject Of The Order Titled: Professional Competences Of The Future - Delivery Of Workshop And Service Pavilions Equipped With Machine Tools And Devices Allowing For Practical Classes In Vocational Classes Of The Zso In Kowary Is The Implementation Of A Task Aimed At Equipping School Workshops Of The General Education School Complex With Teaching Machines For Schools And Workshops With A Power Of Up To 4 Kw And Voltage 230 V And Other Equipment Such As: 1. Manual Lathe And Milling Machine - 1 Pc. 2. Machining Centers: A) Cnc Milling Machine - 1 Pc. B) Cnc Lathe - 1 Pc. 3. Bench Drill - 1 Pc. 4. Locksmiths Table With Vice - 2 Pcs. Machine Tools And Equipment Will Be Installed In Two Workshop And Service Pavilions.2. The Procedure Includes The Delivery And Assembly Of The Following Elements: 1) Delivery Of Workshop And Service Pavilions With Dimensions Of 5 M X 3 M. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Can Be Found In Annex No. 7 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Chapter Ii. Workshop And Service Pavilion 5 M X 3 M - 2 Pieces And The Provisions Of The Draft Contract Included In Annex 4 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires At Least A 12-Month Quality Warranty For Physical And Legal Defects On The Pavilions, Counting From The Date Of Issuance Of The Final Acceptance Report And Recognition Of Proper Performance By The Ordering Party. With Reference To Art. 558 §1 Of The Civil Code, Liability Under The Warranty Is Extended Until The Expiry Of The Period Of The Quality Guarantee.2) Delivery Of Devices Constituting The Equipment Of Workshop And Service Pavilions. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Devices Constituting The Equipment Of Workshop And Service Pavilions. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Can Be Found In Annex No. 7 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Chapter Iii. Devices Equiping Workshops And Service Pavilions And The Provisions Of The Draft Contract Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
