The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Storing In The Contractors Autopsy Room The Bodies Of Deceased Or Killed Persons Transported At The Request Of Prosecutors Of The District Prosecutors Office In Rzeszów And District Prosecutors Offices In Rzeszów, For The City Of Rzeszów, Leżajsk, Ropczyce, Dębica, Strzyżów, Łańcut. B) Lending A Room For The Autopsy Referred To In Point A) By Expert Doctors In The Field Medicine And Anatomopathology Indicated By The Prosecutors Of The Prosecutors Offices Mentioned In Point A), Using The Materials, Equipment And Devices Of The Contractor.C) Providing Technical Assistance Services During Autopsy Or Examination Of Corpses.D) Lending A Room For The Examination Of Corpses;2. The Contractor Will Provide 24-Hour Access To The Mortuary To Persons Authorized By The Prosecutors Office To Perform The Activities Specified In Section 1.3. The Dissecting Room Together With The Autopsy Room Must Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And Must Be Equipped With Appropriate Equipment To Ensure Proper Execution Of The Order Throughout The Duration Of The Contract In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health And Social Welfare Of April 10, 1972 On Occupational Health And Safety In Pathological Anatomy Departments, Dissecting Rooms And Histopathological And Histochemical Laboratories (Journal Of Laws Of 1972, No. 17, Item 123).4. The Room For Storing Corpses Should Be Equipped With Specialized Cold Rooms To Ensure Proper Execution Of The Order, Meet Sanitary, Epidemiological And Technical Requirements And Must Be Equipped With Appropriate Specialist Contract Equipment In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of March 23, 2011 On The Storage Of Corpses And Remains (Journal Of Laws Of 2011, No. 75, Item 405).5. The Contractor Will Perform The Service While Maintaining All The Requirements Specified In The Detailed Regulations, Which Includes, Among Others, Respect For Human Corpses Due To The Honor Given To The Deceased Person And Protection Of The Personal Rights Of Relatives, As Well As The Legal Protection To Which Human Corpses And Their Remains Are Subject.
