The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Comprehensive Legal Services For The Following Organizational Units In The Gierałtowice Commune Office, I.E.: - Investment And Renovation Department (Ir), - Property Management Department (Gm), - Environmental Protection Department (Oś), - Public Procurement Department (Zp), - Organizational, Personnel And Payroll Department (Okp), - Crisis Management, Defense And Third Party Liability Insurance (Rzko), - Independent Position For External Funds (Śz), - Independent Position For Audit And Control (Ak), - Occupational Health And Safety Inspector (Ohs), - Plenipotentiary For Classified Information (Pin), - Plenipotentiary For Solving Alcohol Problems (Ppa), 2. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Related Substantive Scope Of The Papers Included In This Order.
