Operational Data (Number Of Hospitalizations, Length Of Stay, Bed Utilization)C. Qualitative Data (Number Of Infections, Readmissions, Patient Satisfaction)D. Hr Data (Number Of Employees, Turnover, Absenteeism)2) Comparison With Other Units. Comparison With At Least Three Similar Hospitals B. Analysis Of Effectiveness Indicators, E.G. Patient Cost, Average Length Of Stay, Bed Utilization Rate, Number Of Hospitalizations Per Doctor, Readmission Rate, Patient Satisfaction.3) Analysis And Interpretation Of Results: A. Determine Where The Hospital Performs Better Or Worse Than The Industry Average.B. Identification Of Causes Of Differences4) Preparation Of A Report With Recommendations:A.
