1 Title Of The Order: Design And Construction Of A Second Cremation Line For The Needs Of Kck With Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Device (Furnace) And Adaptation Of The Incinerator Building To The Installation Requirements Together With The Integration Of Monitoring Systems And Operating Both Lines In The Design-Build System - Procedure 42 The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation - Based On The Pfu, Complete Design Documentation Necessary To Launch The Second Cremation Line, Including The Selection Of An Appropriate Furnace And The Integration Of Monitoring And Servicing Systems For Both Lines. As Part Of The Design Documentation, The Contractor Will Provide An Opinion On The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Ceiling, Prepare A Construction Design, Detailed Design, Information On Health And Safety, Hereinafter Referred To As Bioz, Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Obtain The Required Opinions, Maps, Measurements, Approvals, Certificates, Permits - If They Are Required At The Design Preparation Stage - And To Report The Works Or Obtain A Building Permit Decision - If Required - And Transfer The Copyright To The Ordering Party.2) Exercising Authors Supervision - By The Author(S) Of The Project, Authors Supervision Over The Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Throughout The Entire Period Of The Works Implementation, In Particular: Confirming The Compliance Of The Construction Works With The Documentation Design, Active Participation In Committees, Technical Meetings, Acceptance Of Works And At Every Request Of The Ordering Party With A Frequency Adapted To The Real Needs And Problems Reported By The Ordering Party. Arrangements Regarding The Possibility Of Introducing Alternative Solutions To Those Provided For In The Design Documentation, On Their Own Initiative In The Event Of An Error Or Inaccuracy In The Documentation Or After Reporting A Problem By A Representative Of Any Of The Parties (Construction Manager, Works Manager, Investor Supervision Inspector, Conference Participant) Along With A Cost Calculation Of This Solution And Presentation For Acceptance By The Ordering Party. 3) Execution Of Construction Works Including The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Furnace - The Second Cremation Line According To The Prepared Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1), Approved By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law, In Particular The Construction Law, Implementing Regulations And Other Related Provisions, Relevant For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Applicable Standards, Technical Conditions, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Instructions Of The Ordering Party, The Construction Supervision Inspector, The Designer Exerc
