Preparation And Delivery Of Hot Meals In Accordance With The Recommendations And Nutrition Standards Of The Food Nutrition Institute In Warsaw, Consisting Of A First Course, A Second Course And Compote: A) First Course - Soup About 500 Mlb) Second Course About 320 G, Including: • Potatoes, Groats, Rice Or Pasta (Alternatively) - About 150 G, • Meat, Fish (Alternately) - About 100 G, • Salad Or Cooked Vegetables (Alternatively) - About 100 G, • Pancakes, Dumplings, Potato Dumplings, Etc. (Alternately) - 200 G, • Sauce With Meat About 200 G, Including: Meat 100 G And Sauce 100 G, C) Compote - 200 Ml From Fresh And Valuable Products Or Juice Without Preservatives. The Contractor Will Prepare Meals In A Facility For Which It Has A Decision Of The Sanitary Inspector Authorizing The Facility To Prepare Meals For The Purposes Of Collective Catering, And Will Deliver Meals While Maintaining Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements Regarding Staff And Production Conditions, And Will Take Responsibility For Observing Them. The Supplier Delivers Meals To School At His Own Expense (Including Loading And Unloading). The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals Of The Highest Standard, Based On The Highest Quality Products And Safety In Accordance With Haccp Standards. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Collect The Meals If They Are Inconsistent With The Swz And The Contract. Meals Must Be Prepared And Served In Accordance With The Requirements Of Culinary And Sanitary Art For Public Catering And Made From Fresh Food Products With Valid Expiry Dates.
