Rauma Citys Procurement Services Is Requesting Bids For The Basic Level Assessment Of Adult Immigrants Finnish Language Etelä-Satakunta Employment Area 2026 (2027) In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Bidding Is Carried Out Using An Open Procedure, On The Basis Of Which No More Than One (1) Tenderer Is Selected, With Whom The Procurement Entity Will Enter Into A Framework Contract. The Tender Will Procure A Service For The Assessment Of The Basic Level Of The Finnish Language Of Adult Immigrants For The Year 2026. The Training To Be Tendered Is Described In More Detail In The Service Description Appendix Attached To The Request For Tenders (Appendix 1). The Duration Of The Contract Is 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2026. It Is Possible To Extend The Contract With One 12-Month Option Period. The City Of Rauma Decides Separately On The Introduction Of The Option Period And Announces It No Later Than Two (2) Months Before The End Of The Valid Contract Period. Exercising The Option Is The Right Of The City Of Rauma, Not An Obligation. The Estimated Value Of The Entire Purchase For The Entire Contract Period (Including The Option Period) Is 80,000 Euros (Vat 0%). The City Of Rauma Does Not Commit To A Certain Quantity Or Value Of The Purchase During The Contract Period. Procurements Are Carried Out As Needed. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right Not To Acquire The Training Presented In This Call For Tenders. The Number Of Procurements Made Based On This Request For Tenders Will Be Realized Within The Budget. The Procurement Quantities Presented In The Request For Tenders Are Estimates, And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Procurement Entity.
