The Assignment Concerns The Performance Of Accounting Services For The Contracting Authority For The Financial Years 2026 To 2031. The Scope Of This Tender Covers The Following Accounting Services: 1. Pre-Audit Discussion Including Action Plan. 2. Interim Control. 3. Annual Account Audit. 4. Tax Accountability (Control Of Tax Levy, Collection And Payment To Participants). The Current Assignment In This Tender Represents An Indicative Assignment Value Estimated Based On History Of Approximately € 70,000.00 Excluding Vat Per Year. Please Note: The Estimated Order Value Is Indicative, Amounts To € 420,000.00 Excluding Vat And Is Based On The Total Term Of Six (6) Years. The Maximum Order Value Is €630,000.00 Excluding Vat And Is Also Based On A Term Of Six (6) Years. When Determining The Maximum Order Value, Account Is Taken Of The Possible Circumstance That The Scope Of The Deliveries And/Or Services Is (Substantially) Higher Than Expected According To The Estimated Order Value. If The Maximum Order Value/Quantity Is Exceeded, The Agreement Will End And It Will Be Put Out To Tender Again. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Above Amounts, Which Means That It Cannot Be Stated With Certainty That The Estimated And/Or Maximum Order Value Will Actually Be Purchased During The Term Of The Agreement.
