The Scope Of Heading 1 Includes: Design - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase; Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works For The Realization Of The Construction Of The Object According To The Approved Investment Project; Exercise Authors Supervision During The Construction Of The Site. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Activities Assigned To Him In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Current Bulgarian Legislation, Including The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation.
