1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Drinking Water Supply For Pi 83017.55.680, Shabla City, Dobrich Region. The Subject Of The Order Is Related To Water Supply Activities Provided For In The Law On The Regulation Of Water Supply And Sewerage Services (Was) And The Water Law (Wa), And Their Implementation Is Assigned To A Water Supply Operator - Concessionaire On Separate Areas Of Operation, Determined By Decision No. Rd-02-14-2234/22.12.2009 (Promulgated Sg No. 7/2010 D.) Of The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works. 2. Term For The Execution Of The Contract – 60 Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Until The End Of The Day Preceding The Corresponding Date Of The Last Month Of The Term. In Case The Last Month Of The Term Does Not Have A Corresponding Number, The Term Expires At The End Of Its Last Day. 3. Volume Of The Order - The Estimated Estimated Consumption For The Specified Site Of The Dp Rvd, Subject Of The Order, Is In The Amount Of 380 M3 Of Water For Domestic And Drinking Needs For The Entire Term Of The Contract. Note: The Actual Value Of The Expected Consumption For The Duration Of The Contract May Be Less Or Greater Than That Indicated And Will Be Determined By The Actual Consumption Of The Object For The Period Of Validity Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Has The Right During The Validity Of This Contract And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Zop To Make Changes Regarding The Objects Included In The Scope Of The Contract.
