The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Municipal Waste Collection And Management Services From Real Estate Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Kamień Commune. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste, Regardless Of The Weather Conditions, From Residential Properties Located In The Kamień Commune, 2) Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste From The Selective Collection Point For Municipal Waste In Kamień (Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok), Run By The Ordering Party, 3) Free Supply Of Appropriate Waste Collection Bags To Property Owners. The Contractor, Within 7 Days From Signing The Contract, Delivers The First Set Of Bags To The Property Owners, And Is Obliged To Leave Subsequent Bags On The Day Of Collection Of Waste From A Given Property, In An Amount Agreed With The Property Owner, At Least Equal To The Number Of Bags With Waste Of A Given Type Collected (One Taken - One Handed Over). The Thickness Of The Bags Must Ensure Adequate Resistance To Tearing Under Normal Conditions Of Use And Collection. The Contractor Will Provide A Reserve Of Bags, Which He Will Give To Each Village Head In A Minimum Quantity Of 10 Sets.
