Turntable-Ladder Trucks – Supply Of One (1) Vehicle With A Fully Operational Articulated Turntable Ladder (Aea), Intended To Reinforce The Material Resources Of The Consortium For Prevention And Extinction Of Fires And Rescue Of Poniente Almeria (Cbp), Including Manufacturing, Bodywork, Approval, Registration, Delivery And Training Of Use.. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Supply Of One (1) Vehicle With An Articulated Revolving Ladder (Aea) Intended For The Operational Service Of The Poniente Almeriense Fire Prevention And Extinction And Rescue Consortium (Cbp), In Order To Reinforce The Response Capacity In Rescue And Extinction Interventions At Height, Guaranteeing The Safety Of The Personnel And The Effectiveness Of The Public Service In The Group Of Consortium Municipalities. The Supply Will Include All The Operations Necessary For The Manufacture, Bodywork, Equipment, Approval, Registration, Delivery And Training Of Use Of The Vehicle, And It Must Be Delivered Fully Operational And In Serviceable Condition. The Vehicle Must Be New, Recently Manufactured, With Modern Technology And Top Quality Materials, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Defined In The Technical Prescription Document (Ppt). The Contract Is Classified As A Supply Contract In Accordance With Article 16 Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts (Lcsp), And Is Processed Through An Open Procedure Subject To Harmonized Regulation (Sara) For Exceeding The Economic Threshold Established In Article 22 Of The Same Law. The Contract Is Not Divided Into Lots, In Accordance With Article 99.3 Of The Lcsp, Given That The Object Of The Supply—The Acquisition Of A Single Unit Of Self-Catering Vehicle— Constitutes An Indivisible Technical And Functional Unit, The Division Of Which Would Be Incompatible With The Correct Execution Of The Contract And With The Technical Homogeneity Of The Vehicle As A Whole. The Technical Conditions Of The Supply Are Defined In The Ppt, Which Details The Minimum Characteristics Required For The Vehicle, Chassis, Superstructure, Hydraulic And Control Systems, Safety, Lighting, Signaling And Equipment. The Vehicle Must Comply With The Standards Une-En 1846 And Une-En 14043, As Well As The Rest Of The Regulations Applicable To Firefighting And Rescue Vehicles, Guaranteeing Optimal Levels Of Safety, Reliability And Operability. The Delivery Execution Period Is Twelve (12) Months From The Formalization Of The Contract, Without The Possibility Of Extension. The Technical Guarantee Period Will Be Two (2) Years From The Final Receipt Of The Vehicle, During Which The Successful Bidder Will Be Responsible For Any Defects Or Defects That May Appear, And Must Proceed With Their Immediate Repair Or Replacement At Their Expense.
