This Concerns The Provision Of Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers Based On Act No. 194/2010 Coll., On Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers And The Amendment Of Other Laws As Amended. Public Services Will Be Provided On The Public Rail Passenger Transport Line U10 Most - Lovosice - Litoměřice, Which Is Included In The Integrated Transport System Of The Transport Of The Ústí Region (Ids Dúk). The Traffic Model Envisages All-Week Operation In The Section Most - Lovosice - Litoměřice Upper Station (With A View To The New Litoměřice Hospital Stop) And Vice Versa At An Interval Of 120 Minutes. This Basic Range Will Be Supplemented On Working Days By A Layer In The Třebívlice - Lovosice - Litoměřice Section For A Total Interval Of 60 Minutes. Line Operation Is Considered In The Time Range Of Approx. 4:30 A.M. - 11:30 P.M. The Contracting Authority (Ústí Region) Will Request The Provision Of Transport Performance Exclusively By Bemu Units With The Number Of Seats In The Range Of Approx. 110 - 140 Depending On The Specific Train Unit (Typically Two-Car Units). The Bemu Unit Can Be Considered With Todays Usual Features And Parameters Of Battery Equipment, I.E. The Maximum Range In Driving Mode With Energy Extraction From Battery Cells Of At Least 80 Km And The Resulting Realistic Range In This Mode Of At Least 60 Km. The Number Of Requested Shift Units Used To Ensure The Traffic Services In Question Is Equal To 3 (Three). The Reserve Unit Will Be Requested In The Number Of At Least 1 (One) Piece With The Same Technical And Qualitative Characteristics As The Regular Units. In Addition To The Ability To Drive Žkv In The Mode With The Recovery Of Energy Stored In Battery Cells, The Unit Must Be Able To Operate (Including Charging) On 3 Kv Dc Traction And 25 Kv And 50 Hz Ac Traction. The Estimated Annual Range Of Transport Capacity Is Approximately 500,000 Km. The Contract Will Be Concluded For 10 Years (Unless Article 4, Paragraph 4 Of Regulation 1370/2007 Is Applied) Starting In December 2031 (From The First Day Of Validity Of The Timetable 2031/2032 To The Last Day Of Validity Of The Timetable 2040/2041). The Contract Will Be Concluded In The Gross Regime, I.E. The Risk Of Receipt Of Sales Will Be Borne By The Contracting Authority (Ústí Region). Only The Tariff Of The Transport Of The Ústí Region And The National Unified Tariff Will Be Recognized For Transport Services. At The Same Time, The Customer Does Not Exclude The Use Of Article 4, Paragraph 4 Of Regulation 1370/2007 On Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers And, On The Basis Of This Pre-Notification, Will Not Conclude A Public Service Contract With The Public Service Operator For The Duration Of This Article, If The Public Service Operator Provides Assets That Are Significant In Relation To The Total Assets Necessary For The Provision Of Services In The Transport Of Passengers, To Which The Public Service Contract Will Apply.
