The Contract Area Is Located In The Main Island Of Korppoo And The Island Of Norrskata, The Main Island Of Nauvo And The Islands Of Haverö, Högsar, Käldö, Vallmo, Sandö, Seili And Ö In The Parainte City Area. The Contract Is Performed As A Unit Contract Price, Which Includes All The Costs Of The Operation (Vat 0%). The Unit Contract Price Includes All Work Performed Under This Contract. Emptying Must Be Done Between 06:00 And 21:00. The Contract Includes The Collection Of All Sludge That The Municipality Is Legally Responsible For Organizing (Waste Act, Chapter 5 Waste Management Organized By The Municipality, § 32 And § 33) With Suitable Equipment. Sludge Is Emptied From Collection Systems, Which Include E.G. Sedimentation And Closed Tanks, Small Treatment Plants And Other Groups Of Tanks. The Collection System Can Contain Several Different Emptyable Sludge Tanks In The Same Yard Area. The Sludge Must Be Transported To The Receiving Location Indicated By The Customer On Behalf Of The Customer. Sludge Collected From The Contract Area Must Be Delivered To Korppoo Sludge Receiving Station, Address Strömmantie 12, 21710 Korppoo. If The Sludge Cannot Be Delivered To The Sludge Receiving Station In Korppoo, The Sludge Will Be Delivered To The Secondary Reception Designated By The Customer. The Secondary Reception Is At The Central Wastewater Treatment Plant Of Parainen Citys Water Supply Facility, At Norrby Rantatie 10, 21600 Parainen. The Contractor Must Have Sludge Collection Equipment That Can Be Used To Safely And Properly Handle The Work According To The Contract. Primarily Emptying Is Done By Truck And Tractor. The Contractor Can Either Eco-Empty (With A Two-Part Sludge Tank) Or Completely Empty The Sedimentation Tanks And Small Treatment Plants. More Detailed Tasks Related To The Contract And The Compensation To Be Paid For Additional Work Are In The Contract Model In Appendix 1. The Request For Tender Does Not Include Clearing On Islands That Are Not Connected By Road, Bridge, Castle Or Connecting Vessel. Offers That Meet The Suitability Requirements Will Be Compared. The Selection Criteria Is Overall Economic Affordability And The Selection Is Made According To The Lowest Price Among The Offers That Meet The Requirements. The Choice Can Be Made According To The Lowest Price, As The Procurement Notice And The Related Contract Specify A High Quality Level For The Service. The Winning Service Provider Is Obliged To Accept The Content Of The Contract Model As It Is.
