Services Furnished By Social Membership Organizations – Maintenance Service For Garden Areas In Different Centers Of The Provincial Council Of Córdoba, Contract Reserved In Accordance With The Provisions Of The D.A. 4Th Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts, To Special Employment Centers Of Social Initiative And To Insertion Companies.. Contract Reserved By The Fourth Additional Provision Lcsp To Special Employment Centers Of Social Initiative And To Regulated Insertion Companies, Respectively, In The Consolidated Text Of The General Law On The Rights Of People With Disabilities And Their Social Inclusion, Approved By Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, Of November 29, And In Law 44/2007, Of December 13, For The Regulation Of The Regime Of Insertion Companies. No Batches. The Successful Bidder Will Carry Out Two Types Of Work: Ordinary Maintenance And Extraordinary Maintenance, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Clause 2 Of The Pptp, In The Centers Included In Clause 1. The Contract Will Have A Duration Of Two (2) Years From Its Formalization. Likewise, The Possibility Of Extending The Contract For One More Year Is Established.
