The Glass Eels Are Delivered In Installments In Coordination With The Client To The Office Of The Havel Brandenburg Fisheries Protection Cooperative, Margaretenhof 5, 14774 Brandenburg (Havel) Within The Contractually Agreed Period. 1.3 Order Volume: Delivery Of Glass Eels (Ao) With A Net Value Of Eur 631,000 Ao Depending On Availability And Weather Conditions. 1.4 Conditions Of Fulfillment: 1.4.1 The Glass Eels Are Transported: - Using Competent And Trained Personnel, - In Accordance With The Legal Provisions With The Necessary Transport Documents, Including The Handover Of The Proof Of Origin And Confirmation Of The Approval Of The Primary Marketer By The Competent Authority Of The Respective Member State Or, If Applicable, Directory/Registration Number In Accordance With Article 11 Of Council Regulation (Ec) No. 1100/2007 Of 18 September 2001 With Measures To Replenish The Stock Of European Eel - Ec Eel Regulation - (Oj L 248 Of 22.9.2007, P. 17) Upon Delivery, - In Compliance With Council Regulation (Ec) No. 1/2005 Of 22 December 2004 On The Protection Of Animals During Transport And Related Operations And Amending The Directives 64/432/Eec And 93/119/Ec And Regulation (Ec) No. 1255/97 As Well As The Regulation Issued Thereunder For The Protection Of Animals During Transport And For The Implementation Of Council Regulation (Ec) No. 1/2005 (Tierschtrv), - In Closed Styrofoam Boxes Under An Oxygen Atmosphere And With Internal Cooling (Insulated Ice Bottle Or Melted Ice). The Transport Density Is A Maximum Of 9 Kg/M². For Larger Quantities Of Glass Eels, Special Plastic Inserts Must Be Used In The Transport Box, Which Allow Air To Circulate Throughout The Entire Transport Box. The Transport Time To The Handover Point Should Not Exceed 20 Hours And - In Compliance With And Documentation Of The Transport Duration And Rest Periods In Accordance With The Legal Requirements. The Difference Between Transport Water Temperature And Water Temperature Should Not Exceed 5 °C. 1.4.2 Gentle And Low-Loss Fishing Methods Must Be Used In Glass Eel Fishing. Compliance With The Following Quality Criteria Must Be Ensured And Verified As A Minimum Requirement
