Sewage Services – Maintenance Iba Systems. From January 1, 2005, Untreated Discharge Of Domestic Waste Water Into Surface Water In The Soil Is No Longer Permitted. In Connection With This, The Aa En Maas Water Board Concluded Cooperation Agreements With 7 Municipalities For The Remediation Of Wastewater Discharges In Rural Areas. On The Basis Of These Cooperation Agreements, Approximately 150 Ibas Were Placed Within The Water Boards Management Area In The Period 2004-2006. The Water Board Currently Has A Cooperation Agreement With 6 Municipalities. These 6 Municipalities Own All Ibas Present In The Management Area, With The Exception Of One Iba System That Is Owned By The Aa En Maas Water Board. Based On The Cooperation Agreements, The Water Board Is Responsible For Management, Maintenance And Replacement Of Parts Of The Ibas. In The Period 2005-2025, Several Ibas Were Removed And A Few Were Added In The Aa En Maas Water Board Area. The Current Status Is That There Are 110 Ibas Under Management And Maintenance. Most Ibas Are Approximately 20 Years Old. The Current Contract For The Maintenance Of The Iba Systems Expires On February 28, 2026. These Systems Must Also Remain In Good Condition In The Coming Years. To Provide For This, The Water Board Intends To Tender A Framework Agreement For The Maintenance Of The Ibas. This Agreement Will Be Concluded With One Contractor And Will Take Effect No Later Than March 1, 2026. The Following Activities Fall Within The Scope Of The Framework Agreement, But Are Not Exhaustive: - Inspection And Preventive Maintenance Of The Ibas Twice A Year; - Clearing (Emptying) The Ibas Once Every 3 Years; - Providing A 24/7 Breakdown Service, 365 Days A Year; - Solving All Faults In The Existing Installations; - Digitally Process The Results Of The Inspections Carried Out, As Well As Faults And Work Carried Out, In A Maintenance Management System. Part Of The Framework Agreement Includes All Necessary Materials In The Event Of Breakdowns And Maintenance. Clearances During Or As A Result Of Disruptions Are Also Part Of The Framework Agreement.
