Architectural Services For Outdoor Areas - Renovation, Expansion Or Restructuring Of Secondary School With Sports Hall And All-Weather Sports Field In Bad Kötzting - Outdoor Facility Planning Services, Lph. 1-9 According To §§ 38 Ff. Hoai. The Cham District Is Planning To Renovate, Expand And Restructure The Secondary School With A Sports Hall And All-Weather Sports Field In Bad Kötzting. Specifically, The Existing School Building Of The Current 3-Class Secondary School Is To Be Renovated And Expanded Or Increased To A 3.5-Class Secondary School. The Corresponding Space Program Provides For A Usable Area (1-6) Of 4,644.1 M². In Addition To The Renovation And Expansion/Expansion Of The Secondary School, An Expansion/Expansion Of The Secondary School To Include A Two-Group, Open All-Day School (Ogs), The Renovation Of The Existing Sports Hall (Or If It Turns Out During The Planning That The Renovation Is Not Economically Feasible, The New Construction Of The Sports Hall) And The Renewal Of The All-Weather Sports Field Are Planned. The Construction Work Must Take Place While School Operations Are Ongoing. Based On Cost Indicators, Construction Costs Are Currently Estimated At I. H.V. Approx. €29.4 Million Gross (Group 300+400, Din 276) Plus Costs For Temporary Solutions And Outsourcing As Well As Costs In Cost Group 500 (Din 276) I. H.V. Approx. €2.6 Million Gross. The (Provisional) Milestones For Implementation Stipulate: - Start Of Basic Determination Of Services: Mid-March 2026, - Start Of Construction Ba1 (Sports Hall): September 2027, - Completion / Start Of Use Ba1 (Sports Hall): September 2028, - Start Of Construction Ba2 (School And Ogs): August 2028, - Completion / Start Of Use Ba2 (School And Ogs): September 2031. The Following Services Are Intended With This Tender To Be Commissioned (In Construction Phases And In Stages): Services Of Property Planning For Outdoor Facilities, Service Phases 1-9 In Accordance With §§ 38 Ff. Hoai. First Of All, In The 1St Commissioning Stage, The Service Phases 1 And 2 Are Commissioned In Accordance With Section 39 Hoai For The 1St Construction Phase. The Further Service Phases (Here: Lph. 3-9) Are Carried Out In Construction Phases And In Stages. There Is No Legal Ruling On Overall Assignment.
