The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Perform: Delivery Of Food Products For The Units Of Budget Support In The Municipality Of Tervel For A Period Of Twelve Months By Eight Separate Items, As Follows: Heading No. 1: Eggs; Specific Heading No. 2: Baskets; Separate Item No. 3: Salts, Spices - Fresh And Products For Seasoning; Separate Heading No. 4: Ready-To-Eat Foods In Canned Form; Separate Position No. 5: Milk Analogs - Imitation Products Containing Milk In Their Composition; Heading No. 6: Tea; Specific Heading No 7: Other Foods Separate Item No. 8: Spices - Dried, Food Additives And Others Separated Items With The Numbers 5, 6, 7 And 8 Are Assigned In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of The Separated Items On The Basis Of Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Zop And In Connection With Article 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 Of The Zop. The Scope And Method Of Separation Into Separate Items Is Consistent With The Nomenclature Of Products In The Food Law.
