The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy Of Medium Voltage By The Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And Taking Over The Costs Of Imbalances, For The Needs Of The Higher School Of Telecommunications And Posts - Sofia. In The Capacity Of Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, The Contractor Should Forecast The Consumption Of The Contracting Entitys Sites And Carry Out Planning And Negotiation Of The Specific Amounts Of Active Low-Voltage Net Electrical Energy According To The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee). The Estimated Amount Of Electricity For The Term Of The Contract Is: 1,396,857.60 Kwh. The Amount Of Electricity Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On The Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Quantities Indicated In The Documentation Are Estimated For The Term Of The Contract And Are Determined Based On The Consumption Of Net Electricity For All Of The Clients Sites For The Period From January 2024 To December 2024, Calculated For 24 Months And Increased By 20% On An Annual Basis, And The Client Is Not Obliged To Use Them And Is Not Limited By Them. The Quantity Under The Contract May Be Different From The Specified And Will Be Determined And Paid According To The Actual Consumption Of The Contracting Party For The Period Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Legally Determined Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. The Same Will Be Paid By The Employer To The Contractor.
