The Subject Of The Order Includes The Production, Printing, Personalization In Individual Envelopes, Packaging And Delivery Of Food Vouchers In The Sense Of Ordinance No. 11 Of 21.12.2005 For Determining The Terms And Conditions For Providing Free Food And/Or Supplements To It, According To The Requirements And Scope Of The Attached Terms Of Reference No. Тз-115/03.10.2025. The Vouchers Must Be Able To Be Used In Commercial Establishments On The Territory Of The Municipalities Of Sofia, Elin Pelin, Vratsa, Pleven, Oryahovo, Kozloduy, Vidin, Montana And Lom, And Their Validity Period Must Be No Shorter Than 4 (Four) Months From The Date Of Their Receipt By The Contracting Authority. Meal Vouchers Are Printed, Personalized In Individual Envelopes, Packaged And Delivered After A Request Has Been Made By The Employer. The Denomination Of The Vouchers Is 1.00 (One), 2.00 (Two), 5.00 (Five), 10.00 (Ten) And 20.00 (Twenty) Euros. The Required Estimated Number Of Vouchers As Notes For One Month Is About 42,750 (Forty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred And Fifty) Pieces Or 513,000 (Five Hundred And Thirteen Thousand) Pieces For 12 Months. The Estimated Nominal Value Of The Vouchers For A Period Of 12 Months Is Bgn 3,495,240.00 (Three Million Four Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Two Hundred And Forty Bgn). The Estimated Number Of Workers And Employees Who Will Receive Vouchers Is About 960 (Nine Hundred And Sixty). The Conversion Of The Indicated Values From Bgn To Eur Is Carried Out After January 1, 2026, According To Art. 12 And Art. 13 Of The Law On The Introduction Of The Euro In The Republic Of Bulgaria.
