The Subject Of The Award With This Order Is: Selection Of A Supplier Of Net Active Electrical Energy By A Contractor, Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For Low And Medium Voltage With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso For The Sites Of The Municipality Of Karlovo. Delivery Of Net Quantities Of Active Electrical Energy – Medium And Low Voltage), For Buildings And Objects Owned By The Municipality Of Karlovo And Its Divisions, As Well As Street Lighting On The Territory Of The Municipality. The Purpose Of Awarding The Public Contract Is To Conclude A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of The Ptee, Namely The Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of The Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period. During The Delivery, The Continuity Of The Electricity Supply Should Be Ensured And Electric Energy Should Be Delivered With Quality And In Order, According To The Provisions Of The Energy Act And Other Normative Acts That Regulate Public Relations Related To The Supply Of Electric Energy (Including Ptee, Pikee And The Regulations Issued On The Basis Of Ze). As A Balancing Group Coordinator, The Contractor Shall Take Responsibility For Balancing, Include The Employer In The Balancing Energy Market As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group, Without The Employer Paying A Registration And Participation Fee, As Well As Provide Forecasting Of The Employers Consumption, Including Administration Of The Employers Hourly Consumption Schedules.
