The Principal Of The Present Public Procurement Is The Principal Of The Anton Strashimirov Elementary School - Burgas City. The Minimum Technical Characteristics Are Described In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), Which Is An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Current Legislation, The Technical Specification And The Conditions Of The Contracting Authority. The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is In The Total Amount Of Bgn 190,339.65 Excluding Value Added Tax (Vat), Distributed Among Individual Items As Follows: Individual Item No. 1: Delivery, Installation And Warranty Support Of Computer Equipment And Technological Equipment With An Estimated Value Of Bgn 180,776.62 Without Vat, Individual Item No. 2: Delivery, Installation And Warranty Maintenance Of Laboratory And Precision Equipment And School Supplies With An Estimated Value Of Bgn 9,563.03 Excluding Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Order Represents The Maximum Financial Resource Available To The Contracting Authority For The Execution Of The Order, According To The Technical Specification. Bidders Bids May Not Exceed The Above Maximum Values. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Item No. 2 With A Total Estimated Value Of Bgn 9,563.03 Excluding Vat, Planned As A Separate Item In This Order, Will Be Awarded In The Order Of Its Individual Value - In Accordance With The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act - By Direct Awarding, Since The Values Of The Allocated Items Do Not Exceed The Sum Of Bgn 156,464 And At The Same Time The Total Estimated Value Of The Allocated Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order.
