The Order Includes The Performance Of Post-Warranty Maintenance And Repair Of Type 2 Electronic Volume Correction Devices And Secondary Gas Flow Converters That Are In Use And Are Used In The Areas Under Art. 5 Of The Law On Measurements (Zi) On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria In The Four Regional Separate Units Of Bulgartransgaz Ead And At The Site Of The Chiren Gasification Plant. In Fulfillment Of Its Obligations Under Art. 187, Para. 1 Item 1 Of The Energy Act And Art. 35 Of The Rules For Trading In Natural Gas, As Well As Under Art. 44, Item 1 Of The Civil Code, Bulgartransgaz Ead Should Keep These Measuring Devices Technically Sound And Metrologically Valid In Order To Ensure The Measurements Of Natural Gas Quantities.
