The Subject Of The Order Are Relationships Arising In The Service Of Card Payments Of Public Obligations - Charges For The Use Of The Republican Road Network, Established And Collected By The Api, Ordered Through A Virtual Pos Terminal Device (Virtual Pos) Or Through Pos Terminal Devices (Physical Pos Terminal), At The Expense Of The Contracting Authority Under Art. 4, Para. 5 Of The Zopb, Found In The Bnb. An Integral Part Of The Service Is Also The Maintenance Of An Interface Connection (H2n), Which Ensures Connection Of The Computer System (Host-System) Serving The Pos Devices Of The Api And The Computer System Of Borica For Servicing Payments With Payment Cards On The Territory Of Bulgaria. The H2h Connection Should Provide Functional Possibilities From The Computing System Of Api To The Computing System Of Borica To Transfer All Payments With Payment Cards On The Territory Of Bulgaria. In Connection With The Above And The Service Of Card Payments To Public Contractors, It Is Necessary To Provide Services In The Following Minimum Scope: Daily File Clearing Processing For Local And International Cards; Daily Verification Of The Api Payment Card Account In The Bnb; Processing Of Disputed Payments; Mtip Validation Of A Terminal For Operating With Mastercard And Visa; Certification Of Terminal Device Models; Certification Of The Host With International Card Organizations For Working With Unattended Terminals; Reference For The Realized Payments By Criteria - Period, Place, Etc.
