The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Round-The-Clock Unarmed Physical Security For The Needs Of The University Of Food Technology - Plovdiv, Which Ensures The Protection Of The Employers Property From Illegal Encroachments, As Well As Their Prevention And Interception, And Countermeasures Against Illegal Encroachment Against A Natural Person In The Site. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Provision Of Access Regime In The Protected Objects. The Performance Of The Service Subject To The Award Will Be For A Maximum Period Of 12 Months. The Place Of Performance Is The City Of Plovdiv, And The Method Of Performance Of The Security Service, Which Is Awarded With This Public Procurement, Is As Follows: 1. Post For Unarmed Physical Security And Video Surveillance Of Educational Buildings I, Ii And Iii - Entrance From Yanko Sakazov Street - Every Day From 00:00 To 24:00, 1 Security Guard Per Shift; 2. Post For Unarmed Physical Security In Educational Building Iv At Maritsa Blvd. 24 On The Days From Monday To Friday Inclusive - From 7:00 A.M. To 7:00 P.M. 1 Guard Per Shift; When Performing The Service Subject To The Award, The Participant Selected As The Contractor Should Comply With The Legal Requirements Of The Law On Private Security Activities And The Legal Acts For Its Implementation. The Security Activity Is Carried Out By Persons Meeting The Requirements Under Art. 50 From Zchod. During The Performance Of The Service By The Participant Selected As The Contractor, The Following Activities Are Performed As A Minimum: - An Organization Is Created And The Assessment Of The State And Degree Of Security Of The Protected Object Is Monitored, If Necessary, But At Least Once A Year; - An Organization Is Created And The Conduct Of Mandatory Daily And Periodic Briefing Of The Security Staff For Security And Safety Is Monitored, Which Is Reflected In A Briefing Book; - Security Personnel Are Provided With An Official Identification Card, Insignia And Uniform Clothing; - A Person From The Security Staff Is Not Allowed To Carry Out Security Activities Without A Professional Qualification Or Without A Successfully Completed Course; - Compliance With The Established Access Regime For Entering And Exiting The Guarded Object And Its Internal Order Is Ensured. Checks Are Carried Out In A Way That Does Not Damage The Honor And Dignity Of Citizens; - Immediately Informs The Employer Or The Responsible Person Designated By Him And The Relevant Competent Authorities Of Any Emergency Or Extreme Situation That Occurs During The Duty And Takes Immediate Action To Remedy The Situation, Including Fires, Natural Disasters, Etc. The Obligations Are Described In Detail In The Draft Contract And Are In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Private Security Activities.
