Mladost 3, So - District Mladost, City Of Sofia Is A Third Category According To Article 137, Paragraph 1, Item 3 Of Zut. Construction Falls Into The Third Group According To The Regulations For The Entry And Maintenance Of The Central Professional Register Of Builders. The Circumstances Related To The Initiation, Implementation And Acceptance Of Smr, And Putting The Site Into Operation Are Certified By Drawing Up And Signing By The Participants Of The Relevant Acts And Protocols In Accordance With Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003 On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction.
