Construction Work Of Leisure Facilities – Planning, Construction And Financing As Part Of A Ppp. The State Capital Of Hanover Intends To Build A New Clubhouse At The Hanover Bemerode Location. Extensive Infrastructural Planning Is Currently Being Carried Out In The Bemerode District. This Means It Is Necessary To Demolish The Old Clubhouse At The District Sports Facility And Rebuild It At The Specified Location. As Part Of The Planning, The Bemerode Shooting Company Will Also Be Relocated To Wilhelm-Göhrs-Straße 2. Both Clubs Will Share The Clubhouse In The Future. The Construction Program On The Specified Building Site Under The Ppp Process Includes The Clubhouse, Restaurant And Shooting Ranges, As Well As Parts Of The Outdoor Facilities. The Building Plot With A Size Of Around 3,300 M² Is Owned By The City. The Property Is Free Of Old Buildings. There Will Be A Simultaneity Of Other Construction Work On Adjacent Properties During The Construction Period. There Is A Spatial Concept For The Measure To Be Implemented, Which Provides For A Program Area Of ​​Approx. 2,851 M². The Tendered Construction Work Includes The Turnkey And Functional Planning And Construction Of All Structures And Outdoor Facilities, Including All Ancillary Facilities, In Compliance With All Regulations, Rules And Laws That Must Be Adhered To For The Proper Operation Of The Facilities. The Contractors Scope Of Services Also Includes All Necessary Coordination Services Caused By The Construction Activities. In Addition To Functionality And Sustainability, Emphasis Is Placed On Architectural Quality And Urban Integration. The Areas That Are Not Built Over Must Be Completely Designed And Connected To Adjacent Areas. Space-Saving Planning Is Expected. The Tender Is Based On A Functional Service Description. The Project Is To Be Implemented In The So-Called Ownership Model, In Which Ownership Lies With The Public Client Throughout The Entire Life Cycle. The Project Goal Is To Implement The New Building Of The Bemerode Clubhouse By Autumn 2028.
