Heating, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installation Work – Kgr 420 Heat Supply Systems Heating. The Existing Buildings Are Two Identical Mur Small Schools (Mobile Teaching Units). These Are Assigned To The Konrad Wachsmann School. Both Mur Buildings Were Built As Three-Story Buildings With No Basement Between 1993 And 1995. The Approximate Dimensions Of The H-Shaped Floor Plans Are Each Approx. 27.34 X 23.42 M. The Construction Was Carried Out Using Prefabricated Construction, Consisting Of Wall Panels And Ceiling Panels In Large Panel Construction. The Mur Buildings Are Accessible Via The West Facades. The Main Entrance Takes You Directly To The Respective Stairwell. The Stairwell Accesses The Ground Floor, The 1St Floor And The 2Nd Floor. The Rooms On Each Level Are Accessed Via Large Corridors. The Following Room Temperatures Were Assumed For The Calculations: Type Of Room Use Temperature (°C) Classrooms / Teachers Rooms 20 2 Corridors / Stairwells 15 Equipment Rooms / Technology 15 Toilets 20 Rooms Without Constant Occupancy 15 The Minimum Air Change For Natural Ventilation Was Set At 0.5 Times/H For All Rooms. According To These Specifications, The Standard Building Heating Load For Both Houses Together Is Approximately 65 Kw. Heat Is Supplied Via The Existing Local Heating Supply From The Main School Building. The Connection Points / Performance Limit Are The Respective Earth Cables In The Ha Rooms Mur 11 And 13. The Distribution Of The Heating Energy Required For Room Heating Is Implemented Using A Mixing Circuit For Each Mur Building In The Respective House Connection Room. Steel Pipe Is Used In The Welding Process As The Material For The Connections Of The Listed System Parts. Panel Radiators Are Used. The System Temperature For The Static Heating Is Planned To Be 65/45°C. The Radiators Are Equipped With Thermostatic Valves, A Thermostatic Sensor Element With Frost Protection Function And Can Be Limited And Blocked As An Authority Model. All Heating Pipes In Areas Are Insulated To Minimize Heat Losses In Accordance With The Building Energy Act (Geg). In Central, Accessible Areas, A Casing Made Of Galvanized Sheet Steel Is Also Provided As Mechanical Protection. When Crossing Fire Compartment Boundaries, The Pipes Are Partitioned According To Mlar With Appropriate Qualification.
