Architectural Services For Outdoor Areas – Demolition And Replacement Construction Of The Furth Im Wald Vocational School - Outdoor Facility Planning Services, Lph. 1-9 According To §§ 38 Ff. Hoai. The Cham District Is Planning To Demolish And Build Replacement Buildings At The State Vocational School For Construction And Wood Technology In Furth Im Wald. Specifically, The Two Buildings On Karl-Clos-Strasse And Josef-Heigl-Strasse, Which Stand Next To Each Other And Are Connected By A Central Building, Are To Be Demolished And Replaced With Replacement Buildings. Due To Unfavorable Room Layouts, Low Room Heights And The Groundwater Situation, The Basement Floors Of The Two Existing Buildings Can No Longer Be Fully Used. However, The Areas Are Required To Fulfill The Spatial Program. For This Reason, A New Replacement Building Is Being Sought, Which Should Not Have A Basement Or Only Have A Very Small Part Of It. For Construction Logistical Reasons, It Is Currently Assumed That The Measure Will Be Implemented In Two Construction Phases. The Construction Work Must Be Carried Out During Ongoing School Operations, Taking Into Account, Among Other Things, The Adjacent School Buildings (Including The Workshop Hall Of The Vocational School And Secondary School). The Spatial Program Currently Provides For A Usable Area (Nuf 1-7) Of Approx. 2,900 M². The Final Spatial Program Still Needs To Be Coordinated With The Funding Authority. Based On This Area And Cost Parameters, Construction Costs Are Currently Estimated At H.V. Approx. 12.3 Million € Gross (Kgr. 300+400, Din 276). The Costs Of The Kgr. 500 Are Currently Estimated At Around €0.42 Million Gross. The (Provisional) Milestones For Implementation Stipulate: - Start Of Basic Determination Of Services: Mid-March 2026, - Start Of Demolition: March 2027 (Implementation Of Demolition Would In Principle Also Be Conceivable In 2026), - Start Of Construction Ba1: July 2027, - Completion / Start Of Use Ba1: December 2028, - Start Of Construction Ba2: January 2029, - Completion / Start Of Use Ba2: June 2030. It Is Intended To Commission The Following Services (In Stages) With This Tender: Property Planning Services For Outdoor Facilities, Service Phases 1-9 In Accordance With §§ 38 Ff. Hoai. First, In The 1St Commissioning Stage, Service Phases 1 And 2 Are Commissioned In Accordance With Section 39 Hoai. The Further Performance Phases (Here: Lph. 3-9) Are Accessed Gradually. There Is No Legal Ruling On Overall Assignment.
