Accident And Health Insurance Services - Insurance For The Workers And Employees Of Nek Ead, For The Risks Death, Permanent Loss Of Working Ability And Temporary Loss Of Working Ability As A Result Of An Occupational Accident, According To Art. 55, Para. 2 Of The Social Insurance Code /Cso/, Domestic Accident, Occupational Disease And General Illness. The Public Order Includes The Insurance Of The Workers And Employees Of Nek Ead, Engaged In The Main And Auxiliary Activities, For The Following Risks: 1. Death As A Result Of An Occupational Accident Under Art. 55, Para. 2 From Csr, From Domestic Accident Or Occupational Disease Or From General Illness; 2. Permanent Loss Of Work Capacity As A Result Of An Occupational Accident Under Art. 55, Para. 2 From Csr, From Domestic Accident Or Occupational Disease Or From General Illness; 3. Temporary Loss Of Working Capacity As A Result Of An Occupational Accident Under Art. 55, Para. 2 From Csr, From Domestic Accident Or Occupational Disease Or From General Illness. Insurance For The Risks Death, Permanent Loss Of Working Ability And Temporary Loss Of Working Ability As A Result Of An Occupational Accident, According To Art. 55, Para. 2 Of Csr, Domestic Accident, Occupational Disease Or General Illness Are Subject To All Workers And Employees Of Nek Ead - Central Management, Hydroelectric Power Plants Enterprise And Dams And Cascades Enterprise, Regardless Of Their Ability To Work And Regardless Of Whether They Were On Paid Or Unpaid Leave Or On Leave Due To Temporary Incapacity At The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Insurance Policy. The List Of Insurable Employees Of The Company As Of 30.06.2025 Is 1,930 Persons. The Number Of Employees In The Company Is A Dynamic Quantity. The Term Of The Contract, Which Will Be Concluded According To The Procedure, Will Be 36 (Thirty-Six) Months, Starting From 00:00 On The 1St Of The Month Following The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract - Until 24:00 On The Date Of Expiry Of The Insurance Coverage, According To The Concluded Contract, And Will Include Three Insurance Periods Of 12 (Twelve) Calendar Months Each.
