Request for proposals for Study and Mapping Cooperatives in Food Production and Handicrafts in OPT The main objective of this consultancy is to conduct a comprehensive mapping and analytical study of cooperatives engaged in food production and handicraft sectors in the West Bank. The study aims to identify, document, and analyze the current landscape of cooperatives working in these two sectors, focusing on: Their geographic distribution, membership, and production capacities. The types of products they produce and the value chains they are part of. Their level of organization, management structure, and governance. Their contribution to local employment, especially womens participation. Existing marketing channels and sales networks, both domestic and international. Their readiness and potential to access export markets and meet international standards.
