The Scope Of Works In The Sanitary Industry Includes Comprehensive Replacement Of Water And Sewage Installations And Comprehensive Modernization Of The Existing Mechanical Ventilation In The Rooms Of The Physiotherapy Clinic. The Scope Of Works In The Electrical Industry Includes A Comprehensive Replacement Of The Electrical Installation In The Rooms Of The Physiotherapy Clinic, Including: • Construction Of An Internal Power Supply Line (Wl), • Construction Of The Rg Power Supply Switchgear, • Installation Of Basic And Emergency Lighting, • Installation Of Plugs And Cable Outlets, • Installation Of Equipotential Connections And Earthing.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Renovation Works In A Way That Enables The Ongoing Operation Of The Physiotherapy Clinic In The Facility And To Minimize Inconvenience To Users And The Ordering Partys Staff. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree With The Ordering Party On The Rules Of Movement Within The Facility, Access To The Rooms And Deadlines For Performing Individual Works. Activities That May Affect The Operation Of The Physiotherapy Clinic Or The Safety Of People Staying In The Facility Must Be Performed In Consultation With The Ordering Partys Representative.4.
