Part 1 - Development Of Design Documentation For The Implementation Of Telecommunications Systems In The Collegium Minus Building. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Documentation (Annex No. 8 To The Swz) • The Answers Provided By The Ordering Party To Questions Submitted By Contractors Should Be Included In The Offer Price. • In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Characterizing Specific Products Or Services, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order. Using Sufficiently Precise Descriptions And This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract. In Such Situations, Any Reference To Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Should Be Read With The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Reserves That All Names Of Materials (Products) Provided In The Swz Or Another Document Integral With The Swz Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Are Only Intended To Specify The Quality And Technological Expectations Of The Ordering Party. This Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Minimum Operational, Functional And Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards. Whenever In The Content Of This Tor Or In The Annexes Thereto, The Ordering Party Refers To Any Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems, The Contractor May Use Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems (Referred To In Article 101 Of The Public Procurement Law) Equivalent To Them.• The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order With Due Care, In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations, Including Technical And Construction; Perform, At Your Own Expense, Inspection, Examination And Verification Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order; Agree On An Ongoing Basis With The Ordering Party On The Adopted Design Solutions And Take Into Account Recommendations Regarding Aesthetic And Functional Values.
