The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Instructions shall be available online at www.shrewsburyma.gov/bids and also in the Office of the Town Manager at 100 Maple Ave. in Shrewsbury. Sealed Qualification Proposals submitted in accordance with the RFQ Instructions will be received in the Office of the Town Manager until 11:00 AM on November 24, 2025.
