The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase And Supply Of Electricity To The Buildings Of Szpital Barlinek Sp. Z O. O. At Szpitalna 10 In Barlinek.2 Currently, For The Above-Mentioned The Property Is Subject To A Comprehensive Electricity Sales And Distribution Agreement Concluded With Enea S.A. For A Fixed Period Until December 31, 2025. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Currently Plan To Change The Tariff Group, However, During The Duration Of The Contract, It Reserves The Right To Possibly Change The Tariff Group And The Contractual Capacity. The Ordering Party Will Independently Make Appropriate Arrangements With The Dso. The Contractor Will Also Be Informed About Appropriate Changes. Any Change In The Tariff Group And Contracted Capacity Will Not Affect The Unit Price Of Electricity. 4. The Actual Consumption Of Electricity Will Depend Solely On Actual Needs And Will Be Settled Based On The Readings Of Measurement And Billing Systems At The Point Of Electricity Consumption. According To The Net Unit Price Given In The Offer, Which Includes All Elements Of Imputed Costs And Will Not Change During The Term Of The Contract, Subject To The Provisions Contained Therein. The Guaranteed Amount Of Electricity During The Term Of The Contract Is 740,000 Kwh (740 Mwh).5. In The Event Of An Increase In Demand For The Supply Of Electricity And After The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Referred To In Point 4 Has Been Exhausted, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right, During The Contract Implementation Period, To Increase The Amount Of Purchased Electricity On The Terms Specified In The Contract, I.E. At The Net Unit Price Per Kwh Applicable During The Contract Period. The Amount Of Electricity Included In The Option Law Is A Maximum Of 20,000 Kwh. 6.
