Pursuant To Art. 35 Section 6 Point 1, A Municipal Installation For The Processing Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste Or Residues From The Processing Of This Waste Must Be Specified On The List Referred To In Art. 38B Section 1 Point 1, Meeting The Requirements Of The Best Available Technique Referred To In Art. 207 Of The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647, As Amended), Or The Technology Referred To In Art. 143 Of This Act. Taking Into Account The Hierarchy Of Waste Management Methods, The Contractor Will Transfer The Waste To The Nearest Places Where It Can Be Processed. The Name Of The Installation Will Be Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer. 2) The Collected Bio-Waste Should Be Transferred Directly Or Through Another Waste Collector To Installations Ensuring Bio-Waste Processing That Meet The Requirements Specified In Legal Regulations, Which Have Been Put Into Operation And Have The Required Decisions Allowing Waste Processing.
