1. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Reconstruction Of The Storage Base For Third Party Liability Insurance - Stage 1, Planned For Implementation In Krzywda (Precinct 0012) At Ul. Łukowska 50 On Plot No. 1442.2. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Reconstruction Of Rooms In Order To Separate Rooms Into A Storage Base For Third Party Liability Insurance, Including: - Construction Of New Partition Walls Separating The Rooms Of The Storage Base (Separation Of Storage Rooms, Construction Of An Administrative And Office Room, Construction Of Sanitary And Social Rooms); - Construction Of New Window And Door Openings In The External Walls Of The Building And Installation Of New Window And Door Joinery; - Construction Of An Opening For A Garage Door In The External Wall Of The Building And Installation Of Doors Garages, Facilitating Access To The Storage Area; - Installation Of Flooring In The Rooms And Implementation Of Moisture-Proof And Thermal Insulation Of The Floor In Garage And Storage Rooms (Cutting Off The Existing Floor, Moisture-Proof Insulation, Thermal Insulation, Construction Of A New Floor); - Implementation Of Acoustic And Thermal Insulation Of New Rooms; - Implementation Of Technical Installations In The Rooms (Electrical And Lighting); 2) Finishing Works (Replenishing Plasters, Painting, Execution Of Cladding);3) Finishing Works - Development And Cleaning Of The Area Around The Building.3. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities.4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Number Of Works Against The Design Documentation. Due To The Fact That The Contract For The Execution Of The Order Will Be A Lump Sum, In The Event Of A Larger Number Of Works Occurring During The Works, In Any Item Of The Bill Of Quantities, It Cannot Be Considered As Additional Works With A Demand For Additional Remuneration. Any Lack Of Necessary Works Resulting From The Design Documentation In The Bill Of Quantities, As Well As A Discrepancy Between The Bill Of Quantities And The Documentation, Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them Based On The Design At The Offered Contract Price. The Contractor Has The Right To Correct The Quantities Of Works In The Bill Of Quantities To The Amounts Resulting From His Own Calculations Based On The Design Documentation.
