The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of Gaseous Fuel For 2026 And 2027 (High-Methane Natural Gas E At A Pressure Of Not Less Than 1.6 Kpa), Including Sale And Distribution To The Installation Located In The Ordering Partys Facilities And The Transfer Of Ownership Of The Delivered Gaseous Fuel To The Recipient.3. Tariff Protection: Kul - Recipient Of Gas Fuel As An Entity Creating The Higher Education And Science System Referred To In Art. 7 Section 1 Points 1-7 Of The Act Of July 20, 2018 - Law On Higher Education And Science (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1571) Is Entitled To Benefit From Tariff Protection Pursuant To Art. 62 Bb Section 1 Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 226).
