Scope Of Construction Of Street Lighting On Plot No. 147/12, 265/2 Rev. Ostrów (Ul. Lubelska) Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of An Lv Cable Power Line Type Yakxs 4X35 Mm2 With A Length Of Approx. 430 M, 2) Construction Of 7 Pcs. Of H-7 Lighting Poles With Foundation And Boom H = 1 (Poles S2-1 To S2-7), 3) Installation Of 7 Pcs. Of Led Lighting Fixtures - Poles S2-1 To S2-7 (Luminaires Equipped With A Programmable Control System And Power Reduction From 22:00 To 04:00), 4) Necessary Changes To The Existing Son (Required Due To The Expansion Of Lighting), 5) Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory. The Contractor Of The Expansion Of Lighting As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Prepare Appropriate Measurements That Will Indicate Whether The Expanded Lighting Does Not Affect The Fuses And Soft Starter Devices Used In Boxes And Is Obliged To Submit An Appropriate Declaration To The As-Built Documentation. In The Event Of Exceeding The Security Measures - The Contractor Is Obliged To Make The Necessary Changes To The Lighting Control Box In Consultation With The Ordering Party And The Investors Supervision Inspector. Wherever The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Should Be Assumed That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials, Provided That The Proposed Materials Meet The Minimum Parameters Specified In The Design Documentation. The Ordering Party Will Consider The Materials/Devices Used By The Contractor To Be Equivalent, In Particular If They Meet The Minimum Requirements Contained In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works In Terms Of Material Composition, Main Operating Parameters, Characteristic Dimensions, Method Of Manufacture, Strength, Structure And Method Of Assembly. A Contractor Who Intends To Use Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials And Devices He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
