1. Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment And Other Equipment.2. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order For Both Parts Includes In Particular: A) Delivery Of Brand New Equipment, I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Necessary To Carry Out A Test Of Correct Operation, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights Of The Equipment To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz, Together With Its Transport, Bringing, Assembly, Setting In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Former Junior High School, B) Delivery Together With The Order Required To Operate The Manual In Polish (If Applicable), C) Providing Technical And Operational Documentation Related To The Subject Of The Order, D) Providing Along With The Order Warranty Documents Issued By The Manufacturer, As Well As All The Wires, Cables, Connectors, Etc. Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Product (If They Are Required For The Proper Operation Of The Product).3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Material And Quantitative Description, Technical Parameters And Operational Requirements, Is Described In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order).
