The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electronic Equipment And Devices Necessary To Carry Out Tasks Under The Project Titled: Borderland Peoples University, Which Is Implemented Under The Regional Program European Funds For Warmia And Mazury 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Priority 6. Education And Competences Esf +, Measure: Fewm.06.05 Lifelong Education, Contract No. Fewm.06.05-Iz.00-0026/24-00 Of March 28, 2025), In The Following Parts: Part I - Delivery Of A Laptop With Software And An External Monitor2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Requirements Related To The Implementation Of This Order, Method Of Implementation And Minimum Required Technical Parameters Of The Supplies Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Technical Specifications Of The Offered Supplies Divided Into Each Part And In Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.3. The Contractor Completes All Fields And Indicated Parameters Of The Offered Device In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. If Equipment With The Parameters Indicated By The Ordering Party Is Offered, The Unnecessary Word Yes/No Should Be Deleted. If The Data In Column 3 Is Not Completed, The Offer Will Be Rejected As Not Meeting The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.4. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New, Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Law, Have A Ce (Conformité Européenne) Safety Certificate, Meet Environmental Criteria, Including Compliance With The European Union Rohs Directive On The Elimination Of Hazardous Substances, And Should Comply With The Conditions Specified In Annex 2 To Swz.5. The Minimum Required Warranty Period For The Delivered Equipment Is Specified In The Technical Specifications Of The Offered Deliveries - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 6. In Order To Avoid Lexical Ambiguity, The Ordering Party Informs That The Term Brand New Has A Specific Meaning, I.E. The Manufactured (Produced No Earlier Than In 2024) Fixed Asset And Its Part Were Not Used In Any Form Before Purchase.7. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Equivalent Solutions For Works, Materials And Systems That Meet Applicable Standards And Requirements. The Ordering Party Reserves That Wherever Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Devices Or Materials Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, They Should Be Treated Only As Proposals. The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Therefore, It Is Allowed To Propose In The Offer Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Parameters Of The Indicated Standard Define The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Conditions To Be Met By The Subject Of The Order.
