The Vehicle Must Meet The Technical Conditions Specified In The Legal Provisions In Force In Poland Regarding The Admission Of Vehicles To Road Traffic. The Delivered Tractor Must Have The Required Documents (Operators Manual In Polish, Warranty Book, Certificate Of Technical Testing, Certificate Of Conformity Along With A Statement Containing Data And Information About The Vehicle Necessary For Registration And Records Of The Vehicle Required By Polish Law, Or Other Documents Not Included Above And Necessary To The Extent Resulting From Applicable Regulations) Enabling The Registration Of The Vehicle.3. Together With The Delivery Of The Vehicle Free From Defects And Meeting The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Swz, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With, Among Others: A) Two Sets Of Keys; B) A Vehicle Operating Manual In Polish; C) A Warranty Book With Detailed Warranty And Service Conditions; D) A Service Inspection Book; E) An Approval Certificate; F) A List Of Tractor Accessories And Equipment; G) All Documents Necessary For Insurance And Registration Of The Vehicle.4. Warranty:A) The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Tractor In Accordance With The Offer Declaration For A Period Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Tractor Without Reservations By The Representatives Of The Parties, B) The Warranty For The Tractor Is One Of The Criteria For Assessing The Submitted Offer; C) The Contractor Will Provide A 48-Month Warranty For The Trailer Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Without Reservations By The Representatives Of The Parties.5. The Contractor Will Provide The Warranty Documents To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Delivery Of The Vehicle With Trailer.6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Service Distance From The Tractor Parking Place Is No More Than 40 Km.
